Do anyone have experience with the rear hatch being warped on there WN? The shell basically flares out at the back causing it to be about 6 inches wider than it should in the back. Any recommendations on how to fix this would be awesome!

I just dealt with this last weekend. I loosened the canopy clamps from the truck bed, opened both side windows and the back hatch, and then put a ratchet strap through the windows and around the back. This pulled it closer together so it lined up on the bed rails. Then I re-attached all of the clamps and took off the ratchet strap.

I’m gonna have to cut the cracks out and reglass it back in place

I caught mine before it got very bad. I stored it a couple months off of my truck. When I went to put it back on, I discovered it had moved out about an inch. I am pretty sure it is just the right side that moves out. I think it is the rear spring that helps open the top that causes it.
I now make it a habit of restraining the bottom of the rear when I remove it from my truck if it is going to be off for a while. Flipping the top halfway up would release the pressure from the spring too. Removing the rear spring when in storage would work too.
I also use a strap across the inside of the back when it is on my truck too. I discovered the spring force was high enough that it was starting to push the top, right-side rear of the truck bed out. Using a strap with medium tension on it has actually moved the bed side back in to almost normal over the years.
